Windows 10: PC Overlay

This box showed up on my windows 10 gaming PC recently. I'm not sure why and I can not get it to go away! I've tried a few keyboard shortcuts and none of them worked. I've also restarted my PC multiple times and it's still there. How do I get it off the screen??

Radeon Overlay not displaying all options

Ok, I got a question. The options to hide the overlay are confusing. What are the steps to turn on the overlay in-game? Not interested in logging much at the moment. Is Alt-R part of turning it on/off?

Missing Backup Status Overlays...

Sign in to OneDrive.com from any browser, click the ‘?’ help icon on the top banner of the page and select
Email OneDrive support. Submit your question and follow the prompts to request support.
