Windows 10: Pc randomly restarts without BSOD or dump files

Hello!Yesterday I started experiencing these weird crashes, that don't provide any information what actually happened.I tried reading the Event logs myself, but they seem pretty complicated so I'll leave them here. Maybe someone smarter can read a simple issue from these.It seems to be happening pretty randomly, but if it starts, I can't use the PC for another good 20 minutes, or else it just instantly reboots again. Pc restarts randomly without bsod or memory dump

The Pc ist approxamitly 2 month old and the problem first occured 2 weeks ago.
The Pc will restart while gaming, just after logging into Windows, or up to 4 hours into usage.

Specs:

• Operating System: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit, installed on the ssd
  
• CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600,14nm Technology
  
• RAM: 16,0 GB GSkill Dual-Channel
  
• Motherboard: ASRock AB350M Pro4 (AM4)
  
• Graphics: 2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB (ZOTAC International, AMP! Edition)
  
• Storage: 931GB Western Digital WDC WD10EZEX-08WN4A0 (SATA), 256GB Crucial_CT275MX300SSD4 (m.2 SSD)
  
• PSU: be quiet! pure power 10 (500 watt)
  

I can't recreate the problem on purpose.
The event log will only show "Kernel Power" and no relevant events or warnings before this event. Also there is no memory dump or BSOD. I also deactivated the automatic restart option after an system failure. Sometimes the sound will glitch prior to the crash of my Pc and the Pc will just freeze, forcing a reset.

I already updated/downgraded all drivers, reinstalled Windows on both hard drives seperatly and exchanged each hardware component, except the mainboard and cpu. I also performed clean and safe boots. In safe boot, the problem did not occure, but I only ran it for a short time. I also used a Linux live boot (newest Ubuntu) and used my Pc for hours without a crash. I also switched my power outlet.

I'm not sure, if my remaining Hardware is faulty or if there are problems with my driver.

When the problem first appeard, I had an relevant event in my log: Microsoft-Windows-EnhancedStorage-EhStorTcgDrv, Id: 10, A TCG Command has returned an error. I perfromed an PSID reset and the event was gone, but not the restarts.

 

PC randomly restarts

My PC randomly restarts. I checked for HW issues none found. Used the instructions here and enabled Driver Verifier. The PC restarted again but no dump file, no BSOD as usual. How to know which driver is doing this?

PC restarts randomly with no BSOD

My PC restarts randomly with no BSOD or anything. Just a black screen and straight restart. This has been happening every hour or two. It can happen anytime, no only when playing games or browsing.
