Windows 10: PC randomly shutdown or restart

Hello everyone,I need help as my pc started to shut down or restart randomly. Sometime the system does recognize to problem and save a minidump file but sometimes it just states it as unexpected shutdown without any found.Here is the minidump files zip 090124-9203-01.zipP/s: I turned on automatic try to reboot after failure on msi mainboard so maybe it automatic restart after shuting down.Look forward to any help with many thanks!

My pc takes for ever to shut down when i restart

Suggest cleaning up your startup list .There may be many services / Apps you can remove on startup which is not needed on boot or during shutdown.
Before you shutdown the Pc check what is running in Task Manager as a program or service in not killing the process on shutdown

Would suggest cleaning up running apps and services -Autoruns, StartupMonitor,HighjackThis,
Malware Scan - Malwarebytes,ADWcleaner, Combofix

 

Hard drive/ OS issue

PC Randomly Restarting after installing new Ram!

Tried your suggestions, but still had a restart! Also ran memtest overnight (13 hours according to memtest) and had no errors! Also ran Passmark Burn in test for a couple hours testing everything and had no errors or restart. Could fitting the new ram have triggered something to go bad like my mobo or psu?
