Windows 10: PC randomly shuts down with no notification to update?

I just got my pc a few months ago and lately when i'm just using it normally the screen turns to black all my apps shut down and suddenly i hear my PC being really loud like it's over clocking. It does this sometimes for 20 minutes straight and i have no idea what's happening. So i choose to force shut down the pc just holding the power button and it boots back up with weird sizing and in black and white. I go to click the restart button and it says "update and restart?" so i'm assuming it was an update i cancelled. i click it and it just restarts no update to be heard of. I go into check for updates and it says "your'e up to date" and that it just updated a few minutes ago then it does this weird thing when it check for up dates, it starts downloading something like it's finishing the update then it stops and it still says i'm up to date. WHat?

I check my settings and i do have it sent to send me a notification when it's updating but before i literally just shut down. No warning nothing, there's a split second of all my apps shutting down and the sound they make when they shut down and my monitor just goes straight to black. My notifications are definitely on since i see notifications for other apps asking for updates. But windows doesn't tell me anything it just cuts to black then i have no idea how long this update will take it's just running.

This is outrageous and it's been having quite frequently.

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.

PC randomly shuts down.


Ones pointed out on PSU voltage seem a bit low, temps on System seem o.k.. Did not go down to the Graphics card. When this shuts down randomly it never restarts right away or does it do it while using the PC ?
