    PC recording


    After upgrade to 1903 the 'What U Hear' function allowing PC recording directly from the sound card has stopped working. I have a Sound Blaster Z internal sound card. I have tried 4 different programs for recording and none can access the sound card.

    Can not record audio.

    Hi,

    We suggest that you run troubleshooting for Audio Recording by following these steps:

    • Type troubleshooting on the search box.
    • Click View all.
    • Select Recording Audio.
    • Follow the steps to troubleshoot Recording Audio.
