Windows 10: PC restarts on game startup/during gameplay not even 35mins in

I have updated every driver, windows update, and tried restarting... My system is strong enough for these games ik it. There isnt a error msg. But i went into event viewer and tried looking at these yellow warnings, and red errors but i dont understand them. Ive havent tried updating bios or anything like that. Ive tried reinstalling windows 11 pro but still it didnt work please help. ThanksProcessor = 13th Gen IntelR CoreTM i9-13900KF, 3000 Mhz, 24 Cores, 32 Logical Processors RAM = 64.0 GBGPU = RTX 3060

My pc takes for ever to shut down when i restart

Suggest cleaning up your startup list .There may be many services / Apps you can remove on startup which is not needed on boot or during shutdown.
Before you shutdown the Pc check what is running in Task Manager as a program or service in not killing the process on shutdown

Would suggest cleaning up running apps and services -Autoruns, StartupMonitor,HighjackThis,
Malware Scan - Malwarebytes,ADWcleaner, Combofix

 

Can't get GPU-Z to start with Windows 8.1 startup

I'm not sure how to do that. Could you list the steps for a noob?

I suggest you to try the steps provided below and check if it helps.

You do not need to re-install, let us try with Startup repair and it may fix the games issue.

• On a working PC, go to the
  Microsoft software download website and create Windows 10 installation media.
• Insert the installation media you created, and then restart your PC.
• On the Install Windows screen, select Repair your computer. (If you’re not seeing this screen, your PC might not be set up to boot from a drive. Check your PC manufacturer's website for info on how to boot from media, and then try again.)
  
• On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot. Select
  Advanced Options > Startup Repair.
