Windows 10: Pc running slow after windows update

After installing windows update kb4532693. I just got a new hp pc which was working fine until this very update. I got help from hp and updated bios and checked all hardware . everything was right. Also after the update desktop took a lot of time to load also my IDE takes lot of time to open and so many games which were running smooth dont even run some dont even start like fifa and age of empires. Whenever i try to uninstall that update i get a message ' not all of the updates were uninstalled' and I dont even get any windows update. The windows update broke my fine gaming pc. Please help . Also i cant get help in hp support centers because of lockdown here. I tried everything trying to remove this update but nothing works . help please

PC slow and not responding
