Windows 10: Pc screwed up

yesterday I was watching the new dbs and then pc went black and made some buzzing noise I can turn it on but I can't get to the desktop with users Yesterday I was talking with Microsoft for a hour and minutes trying to fix it they said the pc could be old and graphics issue. System restore couldn't even fix it the OS is a win 7 to Win 10. When I turn it on I can get to the win 10 with spinning dots and then the screen flashes black. Tried restarting a few more times and I get the blue screen of collecting data info and sending it to Microsoft I ran out of options on what to do. Startup failure is basically keeping me away from doing important business win 10 tried diagnosis and failed pretty much all the time. I have reset my pc before and lost stuff important things to I don't want to do it again

Is there any remedy for "after" screwing up the PC ??

Try booting up in safe mode.

Option 3 here using a Windows 10 USB flash drive or DVD to boot the computer from and then using the troubleshooting Command Prompt:

Reinstall your OS from your backup. Your OS might be corrupt.

Lol, It would be hard for me to believe that anyone with anything whatsoever important on their computer does not have a current backup on a separate disc. I learned many years ago that system restore only restores some system files and is worthless as a partition backup. I have had to restore backups in the past a few times which saved my butt.

 

Experience has shown that the vast majority of standard home users don't even have a means to boot their computer from a USB flash drive or DVD, let alone have a backup image of their system. They might have a flash drive or DVD with some photos or documents saved on it, but usually that is all. This is especially true ever since manufacturers stopped included restoration discs with the computer.

 

Magically got into safe mode I'm letting malware bytes scan then ima need to update drivers how to update

 

I cant scan windows defender offline through settings and update security

 

It sounds like the video driver is probably the issue, so I would go into Device Manager and delete/uninstall the Display Adapter. Then turn off safe mode in msconfig - boot tab, and restart.

 

Usually (hopefully) when they find that they have lost everything, they find a way to back up everything on their computer regularly in the future. Should only learn the lesson the hard way once as I did several years ago.
