  1. PC slows down

My Lenovo Windows 10 laptop bought in 2016 is very slow, ittakes a lot of time to load or open any folder and I am not able to know its cause. I have tried deleting temporary files in temp and %temp% folders but after some time, it again starts slowing down. It is free of virus I haveQuick Heal AntiVirus Pro and a few months back I have made a professional format my laptop but nothing changed. It often gives Blue screen errors while I am working, sometimes 2 times a day. And I have a lot of free disc space. Please give me some suggestions to resolve this issue of slowing down. Could it be SSD related because my laptop does not have SSD?

    :)
