    PC startup issues


    Having troubles getting my pc past the startup process. On the logo boot up screen it starts loading with a ‘please wait’ message bar then takes me a blue screen asking to select keyboard layout. I can then access advanced startup options with 6 choices:Startup Repair, Command Prompt, Uninstall Updates, UEFI Firmware Settings, System Restore, System Image RecoveryStartup repair and uninstall updates aren’t working. System restore tells me to restart, select an operating system, and select system restore. I’m not sure how to work system image recovery or if I can use that option. Also not sure
