Windows 10: PC Stopped Automatically Sleeping

Please advise if this is incorrect forum, or whether a thread already explains this (I did a search but didn't see anything).

I have not installed anything or made any changes recently yet my desktop machine stopped going to sleep at inputted time. While monitor turns off as planned, the computer stays awake. I don't have that many peripherals and the ones I do have don't have access to wake the machine. I'm not sure if there is a buggy MS Update or something, but is there a good way to troubleshoot and get the machine to sleep again without manual intervention again? I tried changing Power Plans and that didn't work. If I manually choose sleep under Power Options it works just fine.

Update: I did just run powercfg -requests and under execution it says [PROCESS] \Device\HarddiskVolume3\Windows\System32\MoUsoCoreWorker.exeUSO Worker

Online it says that may be related to Windows Update...thoughts to resolve?

Windows Version Number: 2004 (19041.450)

• Click on Start and select Settings. Or search for
  Settings.
• Click on System.
• From list select Power & Sleep.
• Now on both Screen and Sleep select the option
  Never.

Now check if this works. If not, restart the PC and check.
