Windows 10: Pc stuck at advanced options

Ive been trying to open my pc but when I do, it goes into automatic repair and goes into advanced options, Ive watched and tried multiple youtube videos on this subject but nothing works, resetting pc physically didnt work, ive tried multiple command prompts, booting it up on safe mode didnt work, and any other option on the advanced options menu didnt work, I didnt download anything recently except for an editing app and the videos used for it, and the most recent virus scan said that I had no problems. Its been like this for a long time and I seriously dont know what to do.

Update:
Tried the Repair disk. Still back to "Your pc ran into a problem", "Preparing automatic repair" followed by Advanced Options which have been tried again.

Would anyone recommend:

• bootrec.exe /rebuildbcd
• bootrec.exe /fixmbr
• bootrec.exe /fixboot

Otherwise, I have a bootable Win PE file waiting to be burned on to USB key, as suggested by other Forum user, but unsure what to do with it when (or if) it boots up the laptop.

 

Automatic Repair Advanced Options

You may wish to find a friend to help you. Fixing things can be daunting first time round. What I suggested is far more appropriate - consider - if your disk is faulty (it may not be) - you'd be wasting your time restoring image backups. So checking it is your first priority. If ok: This is the most straightforward of those steps:

a. run Macrium Reflect on another PC b. insert a blank flash drive c. Click here:

Now plug that disk into your problem PC and boot it from that external disk. Use this option:
