Windows 10: PC stuck in a start-up loop

i have had this problem all day the problem i am having is when i boot up my pc it comes up with two messages one that says

"diagnosing your pc" and "preparing automatic repair" so its obviously attempting to repair my pc however the problem is after that it says could not repair pc and everytime i shutdown and restart the same thing happens so im stuck in a loop basically and i actually cant get on to my pc and to work and other things. this pc has everything on it so help would be greatly appreciated thanks

Stuck in a loop after windows performed repair

As per the information that you have provided, I suggest that you perform Power Drain as you are stuck in a loop and this might help you access the desktop screen. To learn how to perform this follow the steps below

• Unplug the charger and remove the battery of your laptop, if using a desktop remove the power
  cord.
• Press and hold the Power button for 30sec
• Plug the charger/power cord and restart system
