Windows 10: PC stuck in Windows Insider Preview

Hi, a long time ago, i entered Windows Inside Preview system, but after a while I disconnected my account from the Insider Preview System. Yesterday i set my bios to make my system compatible with Windows 11, but i don't want to upgrade my system yet. Entering Windows Update, my pc says me to upgrade to the beta preview of Windows 11 saying me that I'm logged in to the Insider Preview System, even if I logged out form Insider Preview.My fear is that having the update to windows 11 available I can no longer receive the windows 10 updates, would anyone be able to help me? Now my pc started down

Microsoft fixed the issue in Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 17692

So check again for new updates and download the last Insider Preview.

 

Get stuck on Windows 10 Insider Preview 14342. Can't update Windows Insider Preview.

Dear community members, please help me to find out what's wrong with my copy of Windows Insider Preview. For about a month, I'm stuck on build 14342, and can't get builds 14352, 14356, 14361, 14364. Windows Update just doesn't see them, but downloading
other updates, such as virus definitions for Windows Defender. I'm applied to Windows Insider program, and I'm on the "Fast" ring to get updates. Maybe I have to clean some specific temp folder, or restart some service?

P.S. Also I can't find "Insider Hub" app on my windows, and it's not present in "Add a feature" list, where it have to be, according to
