Windows 10: PC stuck on out of range

Discus and support PC stuck on out of range in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; My desktop has been stuck on out of range and when i try to enter safe mode it stays the same.     PC stuck on out of range


    My desktop has been stuck on out of range and when i try to enter safe mode it stays the same. Please help. I need to do work.

    Good surround sound headset

    I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. Otherwise, getting 6 speakers with decent sound in a headset is hard, and that's what you are asking for, and I have no suggestions, but just a bump up the list. *Stick Out Tongue PC stuck on out of range :p

    PC Build Steps

    Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval
    • Install system in case
      • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
    • Turn on PC
    • setup HDD
    • run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
      • run realtemp at the same time
    • While in Prime95 test
      • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
      • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
      • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!
    What do you guys think??

    Help, Out Of Range!

    ty for the try, followed every step and done carefully but still blinking image-black still not found any out of range soon maybe need turn off monitor in order continue use pc, idk which step will use bcz 3 monitors changed within default and current one PC stuck on out of range :(
