Windows 10: PC system restoration

So my issue is kind of all over the place. It started when my games were randomly getting tabbed out. I was going through various troubleshooting methods, one of which was updating Windows 10. Upon updating and restarting, I got a message saying that there was a problem with my PIN and I'd have to recreate it, however when attempting to do so nothing happens. Just a separate message saying that I need a task installed to do this and if I'd like to search for one on the store, but nothing happens. So my next step was to do a system restore which is where my other problem came up. I recently cha

• What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??

To address your concern, we suggest that you try to undo the restore or pick another restore point.

Please follow these steps to access system restore:

• Right-click (or press and hold) the Start button, and then select Control Panel.
  
• Search Control Panel for Recovery.
  
• Select Recovery > Open System Restore > Next.
