Windows 10: PC turns off and restarts for no reason. Kernal-Power

Hi,I am seeking some help... My PC is turning off randomly no shutdown or errors, just "off" then restarts.Getting some kernal power errors, which i have gone through and tried all the fixes for that... which includes page file, sleep, changing new RAM, testing CPU, RAM and Memory. rebuilt the PC, went from win10 to win11, updated drivers and bios, there are no heat or fan issues... im just at a total loss. have copied Event viewer Application and System logs, Dump file and sysinfo into a shared one drive folder:https://1drv.ms/u/s!AoW1hw24-eLNgR598qlHI6c_zz_a?e=nl1zZcAny assistance will be

Kernal Power Restart issue

I am using windows 10 version 2004 os build 19041_450. Using Ryzen 5 3600x Processor, 16gb RAM x2= 32gb RAM. Nvme m2 1TB as primary OS Hard disk.

System is restarting automatically 3-5 times in day. I have completed below steps as preliminary investigation.

1. Control panel- Power Options- Never

2. BIOS- Disabled auto restart after system failure.

3. Enabled Automatic Dump in System setting- Have latest dump file.

4. RAM test completed.

5. No over clocking.

5. 1 GPU ( RTX 1660ti)

6. Power supply: 1000w Corsair brand.

System logs: Kernal Power 41

 

My PC won't turn on after update

I installed some updates while I stepped away from my PC. When I came back I found it like in a hibernation state and irresponsive. I tried disconnecting the power cable and restarted it but nothing. I even tried to put in the installation disc but there's no power to open the tray. I do see an led light, telling me that power is coming in but not enough to boot. Do you have any suggestions.
