    PC turns on after shutdown, sleep mode or hybrid sleep mode.


    Hello everyone, It's been a month since I've been trying every solution suggested, plus those I found on here in other answered topics. However, none seems to fix the waking up of the PC some 3 -5 seconds after it shutdown or goes to sleep. Finally, did a clean reinstall with the last feature update version 19043.1266 yet the problem still persists. Although, if I hold down the power button for a few seconds is the only way it will stay off, any idea as to what can be the problem? Below is a description of my PC and a list of some of the things I tried;HP Envy Phoenix 810-135qe 24GB Ram - 2TB

    Hibernate mode Vs Sleep Vs Hybrid sleep.

    It was enabled *Big Grin PC turns on after shutdown, sleep mode or hybrid sleep mode. :D

    So, when i go to start - shutdown and press Sleep is it in Hybrid sleep mode instead sleep?

    From now on i will use the Hybrid sleep mode and let's hope it works as it should.

    I took in consideration your advice about Hybrid mode.




    To make it works is it just enough to activate it or do i need to do some others settings?
