Windows 10: PC won't boot up

This will be a wall of text so apologies in advance.

Yesterday, my brother asked to borrow my computer so that he could test a potentially defective ssd that he recently got. As such, it was defective. I went to plug my computer back in, then when it started it up, it was far slower than normal. So I did several things to try and figure out what the issue was. I formatted my ssd, nothing. I cleaned all the dust out of my computer, nothing. I went so far as to wipe my computer, nothing. I then realized that the software wasnt the problem. I checked task manager to see that my cpu usage was a lot lower than it should be (5% - 20%). I left it until today where I went out and bought a new cpu (old one was Ryzen 3 1200, new is Ryzen 5 2600). At the same time, I also bought 16GBs of RAM since that could have also been the issue.

However, when I installed them, the monitor showed "HDMI No Signal" which was strange because I have an HDMI cable connected to the monitor, along with a DVI cable. My brother figured out that the problem is that the cpu and the RAM are not compatible, which is strange because my MB can support Ryzen 1st and 2nd gen CPUs.

TLR Computer slow, clean hardware, see software is not problem, see that cpu usage is down, buy new cpu, cpu incompatible, sadness

my n97 won t charge or connect

when i put a usb on my n97 it won t charge when i put on the computer it won t say nokia pc suite or else it not reading the usb cannot work on my phone plz hel

 

My pc won´t boot Windows 10 from USB/DVD

So I wanted to change from my Windows 10 x32 bits to 64x. I downloaded the Mediacreationtool and used it in both a USB and a DVD. Tried used the usb, the disk and both at the same time but they won´t boot.

I have a P7H55-M motherboard, the BIOS is updated and configured to boot first DVD, second usb and third SATA.

So if someone could help me it´d be great.
