Windows 10: PC wont install update

So I've had my PC for 8 months and on january there was an update and it would not update, so i thought it was something wrong and febuary came and I tried to install the update but it would intall to 74% and then go back to shearching for updates and its march and nothing has changed the is the update name: 2021-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 20H2 for x64-based Systems KB5001567

If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage

 

Insurgency wont install and run for me....

I have played and have fully updated CS and Half life 2....
I am using the newest client and installed the SDK.

I am completely blown away, if i click the desktop icon it starts the sdk and then closes, and it doesn't show up in my game list...

First mod attempt install here, followed the directions step by step on the mods website...

Any ideas?

i dont think anyone here understands what your asking either when its nearly a 90% english dominated Tech forum.
Step 1
reinstall windows from scratch
Step 2
install all drivers from the cd that came with the god damn motherboard *common sense*
Step 3
update windows
Step 4
install misc etc crap like flash java etc etc
Step 5
Install GPU drivers
Step 6
go back to using your pc without issue.
