Windows 10: Pc Would Not Boot

I tried running Asus ai suite on pc and after that i have been stuck on the 2nd loading screen i mean i am able to get into the bios but after that it stucks when it should boot into windows i have already tried attempting a hard shutdown and also reseting the bios as well as trying to fix cmos by removing the battery i have also tried booting without any usb attached as well as booting through a windows 10 usb but it gets stuck at the windows loading logo and neither my mouse and my keyboard light up after the bios screen sometimes it also gets stuck on preparing automatic repair.. Please Help me ..

Ryzen 1300x

Asus a320 expedition

8Gb Corsair Vengeance 3000mhz

Asus Rx 570

Main boot Wd green 250gb Ssd

Secondary Drives 1wd blue 1tb and 1 seagate Barracuda 1tb

Vs550 psu Corsair

PC wont boot up (No POST, No Video)

I recently installed a new Asus M5A99X Evo r2.0. The motherboard green LED lights up and the case and cpu fans spin. But there is no video when its hooked up to my monitor.

Steps that i have tried:
"No POST", "system won't boot", and "no video output" troubleshooting checklist

Made sure all connections are properly connected.

Flashing the CMOS

Tested the PSU

Followed all steps in the user manual

If there are any links that you guys can point me to or suggestions that could help it would be highly appreciated. Thank you

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
