    Downloaded the USB Device Tree Viewer. Remarkable. Port6 under USB 3.1, Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth(R), might be it. I have no Bluetooth devices. I'll just leave it alone.

    If you're not using BT, doesn't matter anyway -- as you already said yourself. Glad the tool helped you pinpoint the (non-)problem. That's what it often does for me, too, FWIW. Thanks for following up and telling us what you found. Best wishes for placid computing in the future, too! *Nerd
