Windows Compatibility Troubleshooter error 0x80070005

Title says it all. I can't run the compatibility troubleshooter; I just get the error message. Details:

Troubleshoot compatibility - Error 0x800705B4

Hello,

After a series of unfortunate events, I had to reinstall Windows 10 on my PC. Yesterday, the troubleshooting compatibility option was working; I generally use it to play older games and enjoy all functions.

However, today, after trying to open my software that way, I was given Error Code 0x8e5e0442 . I downloaded and paid PC Scan & Repair by Reimage to try and fix it. It did solve a few issues, but now I am faced with this new one:

If any one has a free solution to fix this, I will be happy with it. I do not have any additional money to pour into Software Fixes lotteries that leave me with new errors.
