  1. PE_C_PUBLIC folder in Regedit

Has anyone had - or solved an issue where they find this folder in their registry editor?

Its completely f**king annoying, can't delete it using the right click, sometimes can remove it with PowerShell commands then a restart & or a complete uninstall & reinstall of the VPN, at times when its there it causes my VPN to freezer & not operate correctly (& no its not part of the VPN or any other program or app on the PC that I am aware of), sometimes after it has disappeared it stays gone for 2 - 3 hrs other times back again within minutes.

A search of google for PE_C_PUBLIC folder in regedit found nothing.

What the hell is it, why does it do the above & how the hell can it be blocked or prevented from being added or attaching to the registry?

Only ever connect to the internet using a VPN & at times swap between server locations to try & ensure not on 1 server for any great length of time or consistently.

    :)

Unable to delete a folder - Invalid folder name

    Suggestion:
    1. Run chkdsk x: /r to make sure that there's no HD corruption.
x: is the drive containing the folder you want to delete.
    2. Try to delete the folder again. If still does not work, go to step 3.
    3. Download: Download - Linux Mint and create a bootable USB using: Rufus - Create bootable USB
    4. Boot up with Linux Mint and try to delete the folder again.
NOTE: Unlike WinPE. Linux does not have any Windows permission imposed to it so it is easier to delete.
