Windows 10: Pen Input inverted

I have an HP ENVY x360, and I recently got it back from a repair shop, had to get a new screen. Now whenever I try and use my Bamboo Ink pen it is inverted. I have checked for new drivers for everything I can think of and it still didn't work. I don't know if it could be the screen, I've seen plenty of cases where this is a driver issue but it just hasn't worked for me.

Only the PEN input is inverted, not the touch input

Disabling and re-enabling the touch and pen input driver might resolve this issue for you. Here are the steps:

• Select the search box in the taskbar, enter device manager, and then select
  Device Manager in the search results.
• Select the arrow to the left of Human Interface Devices.
• Right-click HID-compliant touch screen, and then select
  Disable.
• Right-click HID-compliant touch screen, and then select
  Enable.

I don't see an option in regards to inverted scrolling in that list, it is just a guide.

Here's how to disable touch when you're using a pen:

• On your keyboard, press Windows + I.
• Choose Devices.
• On the left pane, select Pen & Windows Ink.
• Under Pen, check Ignore touch input when I'm using my pen.
