Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
    a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
    b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

Windows 10: Pending restart but after restart it still says pending restart endlessly.

Hello so I bought an SSD and just installed windows 10 home 2004 version and all was working fine, the drivers and such. I've updated the windows update as well and for the first run it run smoothly without problem, and after a day I checked the windows
update again for any updates and it had and downloaded it.

all was working fine and it says pending restart. It's either restart now or schedule a restart, I chose to restart now and that where it happened, it did restart but after I checked it again it still pending restart and I restarted it again but it was still
the same: Pending restart. I did restart many times but still its stuck at pending restart.

    Windows 10 Home

    Activated Windows: Digital License

    64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
