Windows 10: Pending update

Hey so I was just wondering if there was a simple way to fix the pending download for an update or if I just have to wait it out. It’s causing problems with my audio drivers and I just wanted to know if there was a simple way to fix it. Thanks for the help in advance Edit:btw before this happened I did up the memory frequency but put it back down to see if it fixed it, it did not.

Updates pending

Thanks, I have just tried this but can't download Lumia system updater either. It suits in the download list as pending too.

 

Windows Updated(16299.309).KB4088776 Restart is required to complete.


Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

Update of version 1903 Windows Update

Hi,

I will suggest you to run the Windows Update troubleshooter and check if it helps.

• Type Troubleshooting in the search and select Troubleshooting.
  
• Click on View all option in the left pane.
  
• Find and click on the Windows update troubleshooter.
  
• Follow the on-screen instructions.
  

If the issue is unresolved, check and install all the pending updates (if any), try updating the windows and check if the issue is resolved.

Follow the steps below to check for the pending updates.

• Press Windows key + I key and click on
  Update & security Windows Update.
  
• Click on Check for updates.
  
• Install the pending updates (if any).
