    People App Missing on a new Windows 10 PC


    I have been through all of the posts and still have no answer about where or how I can gain access to my contacts People app.When I click the little people icon switch to people on Calendar or Mail, I get a message telling me that 'I will need a new app to open this ms-people link' My choices are a bunch of different web browsers.In settings I have turned on contact to the start menu, I have tried some obscure Get-AppxPackage. Most of the remaining posts assume that I have something to uninstall and reinstall, but I don't. There are no icons, no menu choices, nothing.It is like it does not

    Missing apps: Store, People, Photos, Games & Camera on upgrading to 10

    Thanks for replying spunk. That's the 'alphabetical' list I was referring to, none of these apps are in that 'All apps' list. Any more suggestions?

    Hi, have you seen this?
    It's a permanent change unfortunately. They removed it from the Start Menu on purpose.

    Yet if you search Settings for People you can find this (this is in 21H1):

    However- any big change will come in 21H2.

    Some have reported seeing this:
    Why does this ms-resource:AppListName suddenly showed up? it just opens the People app when clicked : Windows10
