    Perflib #1020 error Windows 10 1903


    I have been having issues here and there not sure whats going on could be my computer or 1903. I had no issues with 1809 but a little bit into using 1903 I started seeing issues. Just now had a USB 3.0 resource issue. Some how that's fixed now by unplugging a USB 2.0 hub and plugging it back in then going back to the USB 3.0 device that is plugged into the USB 3.0 port and then it works again. Replaced Sata cables that could be bad. Replacing a front I/O Panel for my old HAF 932 case. I am using an older z77xud5h board however I never had issues up until now. So I just want to confirm this error is just minor I haven't seen any issues after 12:32 since the problem began.

    I ran Lodctr /R successfully. However it generated 2 new errors in the Error Log.

    Event 1017, Perflib.
    Disabled performance counter data collection from the "ASP.NET_2.0.50727" service because the performance counter library for that service has generated one or more errors. The errors that forced this action have been written to the application event log. Correct the errors before enabling the performance counters for this service.

    Event 1021, Perflib.
    Windows cannot open the 32-bit extensible counter DLL "C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\aspnet_perf.dll" in a 64-bit environment (Win32 error code C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\aspnet_perf.dll is not a valid Win32 application.). Contact the file vendor to obtain a 64-bit version. Alternatively, you can open the 32-bit extensible counter DLL by using the 32-bit version of Performance Monitor. To use this tool, open the Windows folder, open the Syswow64 folder, and then start Perfmon.exe.

    I have not attempted to correct these errors - if it is possible. Just wanted to make the errors known.
