Windows 10: Perform Windows 10 System Restore

Perform Windows 10 system restore using Windows Recovery Environment:



1. Shut Down the PC.



2. Press and Hold the Shift key and press the Power Button.



3. Continue holding down the Shift key as the computer restarts, until the "Choose an option" screen opens.



4. On the Choose an Option screen, click Troubleshoot.



5. Click Advanced Option



6. Click Restore this PC.

Failed to perform System Restore and Reset.

I suggest you to try creating system restore point manually and check if the restore point is visible or not.

As you are also unable to perform system reset, I suggest you to try resetting system using windows 10 installation media and check if it helps.
