Windows 10: Permanent problem after Windows 20H2 update

So let me start from the beginning: I updated my PC (Windows 10 2004 before update, Ryzen 5 3600, 32GB RAM, RTX 2070 Super) to 20H2 and after that my problems started: if i restart my computer icons won't load and some of the startup programs won't start. Sometimes it freezes explorer or the desktop, and i always had to turn off my computer through the button because restarting or turning off won't end: the computer will stay stuck. So i decided to unistall the update. After unistalling my problems were still there, and even after updating again i had the same problems.

TL;DR my computer is sometimes unusable when just turning on or restarting

Update 20h2

Hi Wicki,

I am Sumit, an Independent Advisor and a 3 year Windows Insider MVP here to help.

20H2 should not be installed right-away on your device - MS said the rollout is only to a fraction of users and would be labeled as an optional update initially. Are you enrolled in WIP?

You may uninstall 20H2 using the steps below:

Update History is not showing v.20H2

This is normal behavior in Windows 10, typically when you install a Feature Update like 20h2, the update history is wiped, this is to prevent the user from trying to uninstall an update that was prior to the Feature Update, which would de-stabilize Windows
10, the list should start building again, when some updates are applied to version 20h2 . . .

interesting, I think we will be holding fire on that particular update for a while yet then.

If it doesn't affect anything else, I'll start with what zbook says, it will have to be in stages though. Tonight I'll run the RAM check, and hopefully tomorrow I'll check all drives (check what exactly ?), and backup important files (what files are those, do you mean photos, mp3, personal files etc ?) . I've got plenty of flash drives, but I'll get the first 3 steps done first.
