    Firewall Off, security settings set to low and anti virus turned off. Still the same...Unknown publisher!

    problems with window 10 store and accounts

    Have you tried turning off your security software or proxy server if there are any? But do not turn off security software permanently, turn it on as soon as you're done with the test.
