    Permisions on TEMP folder don't work


    We've set the permissions on a subdirectory of %temp% to allow only read & execute. All other permisions are denied. However, the folders can still be deleted by the user.We've verified it is actually is possible by testing, as well as enabeling security auditing as policy and monitoring for event-id 4663.Is this normal behaviour of the temp-folder? We're using Microsoft Dynamics Nav and application this places a couple of files in a directory inside the temp-folder which it needs. When these files are not present, the application freezes.Kind thanks in advance!

    im trying to save a file to a folder located in program folder. but it says i do not have permision..... contact admin...... but i am the amdin of this computer! and it is the only account in this comp!

    about temp folder

    Hi Hector,

    The temp folder provides work space for programs. Yes they can be deleted. We suggest that you follow the steps provided by Sangeeta Sarkar on how to delete Temp files on this

    link    . You may also type in the search box Disk Cleanup and hit enter. It will evaluate your disk and give you a list of folders sizes that can be deleted.

    WarRock 3D Detection don´t works

    Hello Guys,

    i had a problem with my Card. The card didn´t wanted to change in 3D Modus. Ok now i removed the other 2 Pins and now it runs in 3D Modus in 3DMark06 too. The Card is a HD 2900GT. But my Game WarRock don´t runs in 3D Modus. Is there a List where i can start the game in 3D Manual? Because in Automatic it don´t want start because the Card don´t see that it is an 3D Game. Can someone help me?
