Something has been changed in Win 10, and not by me.

Whenever I save an image it wont let me use it stating I do not have permission. I have just created a banner for a FB group, it wont let me upload it, says I do not have permission? What the heck is going on?

    :)

Don't have permissions to change permissions

    Hi Mady,

There are two kinds of administrator on the computer, first is the administrator user created during the Windows installation using a local account or Microsoft account. It has complete access to the computer and can make desired changes
unless the activity requires elevated rights. Second is the Built-in hidden Administrator which is a local account that has a full unrestricted access rights to the computer.

You can still access restricted files, apps, and program by right clicking on it and selecting
Run as administrator on the menu.

If anything comes up, don't hesitate to get back to us anytime.

  4. Permissions

You can take ownership of the folder where your images stored if taking ownership of the folder does not resolve the issue you can also take ownership of the image file.

I have attached batch script to this post after executing the batch script you can hold down Shift key and right click the folder and from context menu click "Take Ownership".

*Arrow Add Take Ownership to Context Menu in Windows 10 User Accounts Tutorials
