Windows 10: Persistant folders

Under my username/documents I have two folders that simply will not go away. I've checked them with Norton and with Antimalware, and they register as being clean. If I delete them they just come back, usually with a slightly different name. The name of one will start with AI and end with a number. The other one starts with a U and ends with a number. The contents of both have a variety of filenames and file types. If I try to open any I am usually chastised by Windows telling me the file is corrupt. I have no idea where they come from, or if they are harmful. Please advise.

I reinstalled a regular windows 10 build and this problem persists.

I created a folder on desktop, saved a file there and it's gone now together with a folder.

I had one folder on my desktop in which i kept my Photoshop documents PSD JPG and other pictures and artwork.

Since yesterday update (insider build) first half of my files had disappeared, then the folder itself, later on i created a new folder and made a new file in it it disappeared again.

For some reason my Desctop folder is getting misteriously deleted and i'm losing my important files.

Have you installed Cybereason RansomFree? It creates random folders and files then watches them for signs of ransomware activity. See this thread...
New unknown users have appeared in my Users folder.
