Windows 10: Persistent black screen

Title should be self-explanatory; black screen, nothing showing up. RX 580, monitor is an MSI Optix G27C2.

When I boot my PC, everything goes as normal, it shows the Windows logo and those loading circles, but afterwards it just goes black and nothing shows.

I've tried:

• hooking up a laptop to monitor (it worked)
• opening BIOS while I can (works fine until I close the BIOS, then back to darkness)
• Ctrl + Alt + Del (nothing)
• 3 different HDMI cables that I know are functioning
• 2 DP cables

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
