Windows 10: Persistent "Explorer.EXE" Popup Issue Despite Troubleshooting Attempts

I hope this finds everyone well. I've stumbled upon a issue on my Windows 11 over the last 2-3 days that has left me scratching my head. Every time I boot up, I'm greeted with an "Explorer.EXE" popup featuring a blank message box. Despite my best attempts to troubleshoot, the issue persists.Here's a list of actions I've taken so far, to no avail:Executed sfc/scannow in the command prompt - no integrity violations found.Ran chkdsk to check for disk errors - came back clean.Conducted a system scan using Bitdefender - no threats detected.Executed DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /Restorehealth com

Do not ask this again option in the prompt Window, click on
OK and check if the issue persists. If the issue still persists, then run the Internet Explorer performance troubleshooter by following the steps provided below and check.

• Type “Troubleshooting” in the search box and press Enter.
• Click on “View All” in the top left corner.
• Click on “Internet Explorer Performance” and follow the prompts for troubleshooting.
