Windows 10: Persistent problem; “Ethernet” doesn’t have a valid IP configuration

Okay, I’ll try to make this short. I’ve got my ethernet cable hooked up from my computer to my TP-Link 2.4 Ghz range extender. Recently, I’ve been consistently having this issue where my internet would just stop working, I’m talking globe with a “no symbol” on the bottom left taskbar, and after running a windows diagnostic it tells me the problem is “Ethernet” doesn’t have a valid IP configuration. This usually happens after a restart, or after waking the computer up from sleep mode. And it only happens SOMETIMES, I’d be fine for weeks, maybe even months and then I have to spend hours troubleshooting again.

To combat this, I’ve been eating, sleeping, and shitting this article: https://windowsreport.com/ethernet-valid-ip-configuration-windows-10/ which, after following a random assortment of the steps, my computer seems to fix itself for a short time. I have yet to find a consistent fix, noir do I know what I could possibly be doing wrong.

Today, I followed the steps as usual, and find my internet is still out. I have grew tired of this burden, and come to reddit for salvation. I come asking for a permanent fix, I wish to never receive this popup again. I’ve done it all, reset my router, reset my extender, reset my computer, reinstalled my network drivers, turned off fast startup, etc... etc... etc...

Please god help me.

It says the same thing at my end when my Ethernet is working perfectly as shown below:

Hi My erthernet connection stoped working, and I can't get it going again. It stopped working after I was looking at some network programs on a PE rescue disk, that i had not used before. Whether It was something I done or it just died I don't know.
Windows 10 10.0.18362 and tried 10.0.19035
Cable has light when you plug it in
Network connections says "unidentified network".
Troubleshooter says "Ethernet dosn,t have a valid ip configuration"
Device manager has everything listed as working.
Network connections Status window says IPv4 no network access, IPv6 no network access, speed 100.0 Mbps, Diagnose says, "Ethernet dosn,t have a valid ip configuration"
I uninstalled all network adapters, restarted and reinstalled network adapters.
I reistalled Windows 10, still not working.
Any help would be appreciated, Thanks Shane.
