Windows 10: personal varification

hello folks Randy here, every time for the past month or so when it asks for me to verify it's me Ihave Microsoft call me with a code. I write it down, then type it in and tap verify and it either says "well that didn't work, or it gives me an error code lately. This goes on about six times and maybe it finally goes through or maybe I get tired of it and quit. But if I quit I cant sync my passwords or whatever I'm trying to do. I think it's broke. Can you advise? please

We suggest that you follow the steps below to put your settings back to default and see if it helps.

• Right-click your mouse on your desktop.
• Click on Personalize.
• Select Colors.
• Click on High contrast settings.
• From the drop-down menu, select None.
• Click Apply.
• Reboot the PC for the changes to take effect.

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it

 

Remove account


I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:
