Windows 10: PES 2015 not working!

I can't get pes 2015 to start up, it only gives 0xc00007b error. I have the latest amd 15.7 drivers installed.

Install McRip VC Redist, .NET Framework 4.5 and DirectX End-User Runtime, and I think that should fix the issue. PES 15 working on my PC without any issue (I have original on Steam, running Windows 10 PRO Build 10240).
