Phone Link Messages Are Received, But Do Not Show on Phone or Desktop - Only For iOS Group Messages

Current Configuration & Functionality:

• Android Phone Connected to Phone Link Desktop App
  
• Using Native Android Messaging App on phone.
  
• All Messages 1 to 1 function as expected. (To & From, Android and iOS, Phone and Desktop App)
  
• Group Messages to other Android phone users function as expected. (To & From, Phone and Desktop App)
  

Issue:

Messages sent via the Desktop app to a group consisting of only iOS devices and my Android device, are not recorded in the app or on the phone.

Other Details:

• Messages are received by the other parties in the group.
  
• When sending message using the Phone only, all messages show on both Phone and Desktop App.
  

 

Phone Link and messages

I installed Phone Link on my new Windows 11 computer yesterday. Phone Link and my iPhone are connected but I don't receive messages in Phone Link, although I can send them. I've had messages sent to me from both android and iPhones but that doesn't make any difference. Any suggestions?

Sent or receiver messages doesnt show

Hi,

I have experienced once on my HTC Trophy 7 and once on my fiancèes Nokia Lumia 800 that suddenly new received and new sent messages doesnt show in the messaging hub. Both phone was able to send the messages and receiver, but not "save" them. Incoming messages
had to be read in the notification-banner. The only solution on both phones was a complete restore (to factory settings).

I thing this is a really big problem that you should look into.
