    Phone Link won't open in my PC


    I am unable to open the Phone Link app on my PC. It is showing me that it cannot access the folder.I have tried changing the owner to My-PC/Administrator, but still it doesn't work. Although I can access the WindowsApps folder now, but when I try to open the executable file 'PhoneExperienceHost.exe' from this folder it doesn't open. Windows store shows me the app as installed and I have tried resetting and repairing the app.Can anyone help me out? I really want to use this feature.

    my n97 won t charge or connect

    when i put a usb on my n97 it won t charge when i put on the computer it won t say nokia pc suite or else it not reading the usb cannot work on my phone plz hel

    We appreciate you for trying the troubleshooting steps.



    I suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.

    Step 1: Run Windows app troubleshooter.

    Refer to the below link:

    Fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store

    Step 2: Run shell commands for Windows store and check if it helps.

    Follow the below steps:


    • Press Windows key + X and select
      Command prompt(Admin)       to open elevated Command prompt.

    • Type the following commands.



      powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml

    • Hit enter, the blackscreen will appear still for a couple of seconds. After a couple of second a new line saying C:\.... will appear.

    • Close Command Prompt.

    • Try to start the Windows Store again.

    Phone Link won't open in my PC

    5800 Xpress, podcasting won´t open! Aaargh

    So it has happened twice, that the podcasting feature simply won´t open. No probs with radio or music player, but the podcaster just blinks and nothing more. I´ve done two hard resets (wich worked) but I don´t like to have to redo EVERYTHING when it happens.



    Why does my phone act this way?
