Windows 10: Photo App

Discus and support Photo App in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; Hi,In the Photo App amongst all my photos there are pictures of photo albums and calenders,anyone know what these are?     Hi,In the Photo App amongst all my photos there are pictures of photo albums and calenders,anyone know what these are? There is an option to delete them,would it be safe to do so as they don't seem of any use.

    Window 10 Photos App - Editing of photos

    I recently deleted the Photos app in window 10. I deleted the Photos app due to the fact that my children were easily able to view adult photos in the "Collection" window. l

    I can now only open a jpeg file with the Paint, Windows Photo Viewer or Microsoft Office 2010 apps. This is unfortunate since whenever I edit a photo I prefer the more user friendly Photos app. Editing photos in the Photos app is so much easier and flexible
    to use then editing photos under the Paint, Windows Photo Viewer of other apps.

    My questions:

    Although I have deleted the Photos app in Windows 10 is there a way to retain (or even download) the editing functions that are provided with the Photos app?

    Photo App Problem- Photo App will not allow me to save changes to photo

    I have uninstalled and then reinstalled the program. It still persists. I have read about others having this same issue. Does Microsoft have a fix in the works?

    Are you familiar with Windows Photo Viewer ?
    If you are, would you like to use it again ?

    Thanks David,I use Photo Viewer,I upgraded from Win7 and fortunately it came with it.All my photo's are duplicated in the Photo App which I don't use much as I find it complicated so I set Photo Veiwer as my default App

    If you find Photo undesirable and you wish to get rid of it, you can actually uninstall it.
    Have a loo at this tutorial.
    I used it to uninstall Mail app and Photo.

    But then, you can just simply leave it alone and don't use it.

    David, I did once use Powershell to uninstall the Photo App and found that all my photo's disappeared from Photo viewer so did a Restore and all was well again, I don't like Mail or Photo App so I basically ignore them in favour of Windows Live Mail and Photo Viewer,Thanks again
