    Photos App Distorting Video After Trimming


    Hello,


    I use my computer primarily for videos that I submit to my employer. Multiple times now, I have tried recording with a webcam through the Camera app which worked fine, but after trimming through Photos, the video becomes distorted and sped up. I have spoken with two different people through Microsoft support chat who also took over to drive my computer but the problem persists. I have tried with two different webcams with the same result. If it is a movie taken with my iPhone and uploaded to my computer, I am able to trim with Photos app no problem. It is when I am record directly to my computer the easiest way for me that I am unable to trim. As a work around I have been uploading to YouTube, trimming, and downloading from there, but that is a VERY time consuming process. I see other people have posted about this issue before but don't see a clear solution. Does anyone have a suggestion, or another app I could use as easily as Photos that would work regularly? I have had so many issues I'm wondering if it is my computer or just the app.
