In the Win 10 Photos App and when "files on demand" is enabled for OneDrive.

If ALL Photos are stored in the cloud and not on computer, does that mean that the PEOPLE section of the Photos App will not function as advertised?

    ie: face recognition, tagging etc.?

Also, once that is all in place and working properly, however that is supposed to work; do the tags STAY in the cloud and go over to other computers signed in with the same account?

    If not why not?

    Thanks...
