Windows 10: Photos app not working

Discus and support Photos app not working in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; The windows 10 photo app has stopped working.     Photos app not working


    The windows 10 photo app has stopped working. The icon is still is the start menu but nothing happens when clicking it. I cannot reset / repair the app as it is not in the apps list. I have tried to use powershell to uninstall but Photos is not in the full list of app packages. I cannot donwload from the Store as this fails with a generic error message. Any ideas Thaks.
