Windows 10: Photo's APP - "Open Map" broken going from V2019.19041.16510.0 to V2019.19051.16210.0

identified that when upgrading between these versions the "Open Map" functionality broke. it was working prior to the upgrade, watched update happen and open map stopped working. Right click image, file information, Left side at the bottom under the image of the map, click "Open map", nothing happens. It did open the map at the location the photo was taken prior to this update.

Some Photos showing as 0 bytes long

Yes, worked fine before, just the 0 byte ones won't open or upload.

Using Nokia camera app

I can open photo with camera app afterwards but not the 0 byte ones.

 

Open with another app 'photos'


When you choose photos and select 'open with' it gives a selection of apps. In the list I see the apps but one that looks odd is labelled %1 and has a generic app icon. It's almost as if it's some kind of old or broken program that doesn't exist. All the other programs like paint and photos are in the list as they should be but this is a rogue one. Does anyone else see this?

 

Photos are opening with Paint instead of Photos app

It's likely that your default application for opening photos is Paint. To change your default program in Windows 10 from
Paint to the Photo app, we suggest that you perform the following steps:

• On the Start menu, select Settings.
  
• Go to System, then go to Default apps.
  
• Select Photos or any app that you like to be the default under
  Photo viewer.
