Windows 10: Photos App unable to scroll since W10 update

Following the MS update KB4532693 yesterday, I am no longer to able to scroll through my photos through the 'Photos' viewer nor can I click through them.


This happened before after an update but I cannot remember how I fixed it previously. It must have been fairly easy as I do not go into the bowels of the system to fix things, only use simple fixes without going into registry changes.


Can anybody help with this as I have a lot of photos and I use the app everyday being a keen amateur photographer?

Hi, should work...does for me. Have you tried uninstalling, reinstalling Photos?

Presumably scrolling works elsewhere.

A couple of other people have reported this issue here- unresolved.

• Have you made any recent changes prior to this issue?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far aside from increasing the no. of lines to scroll under Mouse settings to 50?

  In which user account are you facing this issue?

  Is the issue specific to this photo file?
  
• 
  What is the location of that new folder?
  

Sign out from the current user account, restart the pc and login to the Admin account or the MSA to test if that helps with this issue.

Also suggest you to install any pending Windows updates on the pc to check if that helps.
