Windows 10: Photoshop problem on Wacom tablet

When window ink is 'on', Photoshop is lagging. I tried to turn 'off' window ink in properties and create PSUserConfig file with UseSystemStylus 0. But it led to the frozen cursor in Photoshop. I used Wacom pen and a mouse. I tried to reinstall wacom driver, Photoshop, removed preferences of Wacom tablet

Adobe Photoshop+ Wacom problem with the KB4089848 update

I have the same issue with Wacom Intuos tablet. Also Photoshop.

When I'm trying to draw vertical lines Photoshop thinks like I'm trying to drag my canvas (like I'm doing a drag gesture). Horizontal lines work fine. Several people reported this problem on Photoshop forums (I can provide some links), some suggested to
uninstall KB4089848 -- and sure thing: uninstalling the update resolved the issue immediately!

I'm using the last version of Photoshop, the last version of Wacom driver. Partial workaround is to disable Windows Handwriting option in Wacom Tablet Settings, but it would kill stilys pressure detection, which is not an option for me.

 

Problem With Windows Update and Wacom Bamboo Tablet While Using Photoshop

Hi,

I have an issue a lot of drawing tablet users are having. When using my Wacom tablet with Photoshop the canvas is being dragged when attempting to use my drawing pen. This issue is directly from a windows update. I attempted to unistall the update as well
as following various instructions to undue the damage the update did to my software.

This did not work. I then installed the newest windows update. That did not work. I attempted to install an update supposed to fix this horrible problem only for my computer to say the update was not applicable to my system.

I know windows did this. My tablet was fine. I have been searching through forum after forum of people saying windows damaged their Wacom tablet's as well.

How do I fix this? Why did this happen? I can't use Photoshop like this. I am at a loss.

 

Wacom Tablet problem "Driver Not Found"

Basic steps:

• press windows start button
• type "Services" (don't type the quotes) and press enter
• in Services window, scroll down to "Wacom Professional Service"
• right-click the "Wacom Professional Service" and choose "start"
