Windows 10: Picture size changes during playback

While using the Windows DVD Player App with an external dvd drive, the picture size of the movie is constantly changing. It switches between a full screen and a smaller screen with black bars at the sides. I already checked Windows update as well as graphic card drivers and everything is up to date. The external drive and DVD are also new. Does anyone know what the problem could be?

change size of background wall paper.

a) Right click on the desktop screen.

b) Select personalize and click on Desktop Background at the bottom of the screen.

c) Select the image and change the picture position to Centre from the drop down list.

how do i change the font size?

• Select "System".
• You can change the font size here.

Follow the steps to go to Control Panel:

• Type "Control Panel" in the search bar.
